These terms govern your use of Pelgrim. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Plain and simple.
Pelgrim is a travel-log and trip-planning product. We store the flights, hotel stays, and trips you import or enter, plus a public catalog of branded hotels sourced from OpenStreetMap.
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and tell us.
Don't do any of the following with Pelgrim:
The core product is free. A premium tier with additional features may be introduced. If you've signed up under the free tier, the free tier continues to exist for you; we won't bait-and-switch. Currency for any future paid plans defaults to euros.
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that data sources we query (Google Flights, OpenSky, etc.) will always return correct information. Verify anything critical before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Pelgrim and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Direct damages, if any, are capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can delete your account any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination we'll delete your data per the schedule in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, unless local consumer protection laws say otherwise.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and on the homepage. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
