How ↻ refresh works
1. Click ↻ — the program page opens in a new tab.
2. Log in there if needed.
3. When the page has loaded, click the Pelgrim icon again (it shows a blue dot) to capture.
4. Some programs have 2 pages (overview + activity). After the first capture the tab moves to the
next page on its own — just click the Pelgrim icon again to capture it. You'll get a reminder.
